Siguiendo mis pautas de entrenamiento, gimnasio todos los días y ligero running, lo combino con algunas salidas a la montaña. La verdad que no es de mi gran entusiasmo pero acompañado con mis amigos se me hace más ameno.
Esta vez hemos decidido hacer el pico más alto de la Cerdanya, situado en la parte francesa. Dejamos el coche en las primeras curvas del puerto de Porte Puymorens y atacamos de forma rápida por la parte norte del pico.

El día no acompaña, mucha niebla y algo de lluvia. Valoramos la situación y decidimos seguir a buen ritmo. Los últimos 300 metros de desnivel son de gran inclinación. Aparece la nieve y los primeros copos del cielo. Hacemos cumbre y la bajada la realizamos de forma rápida, a la carrera. Algo duro pero divertido.

Following my training guidelines, the gym every day and light running,
I combine it with some trips to the mountain. The truth is that none of my great enthusiasm but together with my friends, makes me more fun.
This time we decided to make the highest peak in the Cerdanya, located on the French side. We left the car in the first curves of Porte Puymorens port and quickly attacked by the side northern peak.

The day is not accompanied, very foggy and some rain. Appreciate the situation and decide to continue. The last 300 meters of level are very lean. Appears and the first snow flakes of heaven. We lowered the summit and quickly come down. Something hard but really fun.
